Your order and start date

This signup records a business order for the organisation, wards, plans, modules and tablets shown in your account. You confirm that you have authority to place it. Saving a payment method does not start billing. SecureObs will discuss implementation with you and propose an activation date. You must sign in and expressly confirm that date and the payment schedule before subscriptions are scheduled.

Software and paid extras

The full software package price and selected paid modules are payable from day one of your agreed activation date. Monthly customers pay one month upfront and monthly thereafter. Annual customers pay one year upfront and annually thereafter; annual software and modules cost ten monthly payments. Prices and quantities appear in your account before confirmation. There is no free software trial in this offer. Any separately quoted hardware, NFC cards, onsite training or other services need a separate agreement and are not included in the online total.

Show tablet offer

You may request up to two tablets per ward, subject to delivery arrangements agreed before activation. Their hire is free for the first six calendar months from activation. From month seven, each retained tablet costs £37.99 per month, billed monthly even if your software is paid annually. Tablets remain hire equipment. If you do not wish to retain them, contact SecureObs and arrange their return before the free period ends. SecureObs will confirm receipt and stop future hire charges. Contact us for partial returns, loss or damage.

Desktop access and support

Desktop patient notes and care-plan access are included at no extra charge while this show package remains active. Implementation arrangements and tablet delivery are agreed with you before activation. Additional online training is included; separately requested onsite sessions are quoted separately.

Term and renewal

The initial software commitment is 12 months from activation, including for customers paying monthly. At the end of that term, the package renews automatically on your selected monthly or annual billing cycle at the agreed recurring price unless you arrange cancellation with SecureObs before renewal. Contact us to discuss changes or cancellation; stopping a payment instruction does not by itself cancel your agreement. Returning tablets does not cancel the software package.

Payment authorisation

Stripe stores your payment details securely. By confirming the activation date in your account, you authorise recurring charges for the displayed software and modules from that date and the displayed tablet hire from month seven if retained. Further payment authentication may be required by your bank. Access is created after the initial software payment succeeds. Contact SecureObs if a payment fails or your payment details need updating.

Your records and information

Your account retains the selected package, these terms' version, acceptance time and confirmed start date. You can print your order summary. We use your organisation and contact details to administer this order, implementation and billing. Do not enter patient information into this signup. See our privacy policy. These order terms do not replace any separately agreed clinical hosting, data-processing or implementation requirements.
